You may browse the catalogue, place orders for your own personal use, and contact us by email. That is what the site is for.
Prohibited use
You must not use this site:
- in any way that breaks the law, or for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- to place an order with a payment method you are not authorised to use;
- to buy for resale, or in quantities that suggest resale, without our written agreement;
- to send, knowingly receive, upload or download any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive or infringes someone else’s rights;
- to transmit any virus, worm, logic bomb or other malicious code;
- to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it sits on, or any connected system;
- to attack the site through a denial-of-service attack;
- to scrape, harvest or systematically copy the catalogue, photography or text;
- to impersonate another person, or to misrepresent your identity or address at checkout;
- to interfere with another customer’s use of the site.
Products we do not sell
This is a clothing and accessories shop. We do not sell, and will not accept orders for, anything on the prohibited lists operated by payment networks and payment providers — including weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, adult services, gambling products, or anything requiring a licence we do not hold.
Our product imagery
Our photography and copy are ours. You may not reuse them on a marketplace listing, a social account or another shop. If you are a press or partner contact and would like assets, email support@aiiforge.shop and ask.
What happens if you breach this policy
We may, depending on how serious the breach is, cancel an order and refund it, refuse future orders, block access to the site, or report the matter to the police or to our payment provider. We will tell you what we have done and why, unless doing so would prejudice an investigation.
