Terms of service

These terms govern your use of aiiforge.shop and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them. Last updated September 2026.

1. About this shop

AIIFORGE is an online clothing and accessories shop selling to consumers. Contact us at any time at support@aiiforge.shop. Email is our only customer service channel.

2. How a contract is formed

1. You add items to your bag and go to checkout.
2. Before you pay, the checkout shows you an order summary — items, sizes, quantities, delivery cost and the total you will be charged — and lets you go back and correct any mistake.
3. You place the order. This is an offer to buy, not yet a contract.
4. We send an order acknowledgement by email. This confirms we have received the order.
5. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch email. If we cannot supply an item we will tell you and refund it.

Your order is stored against your email address and the acknowledgement email is your record of it. These terms are available on this page at all times and can be saved or printed.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where it applies. Delivery is shown separately and added before you pay. The price you see at the moment you pay is the price that applies, even if the price changes afterwards.

If we discover a genuine pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you and you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We will not simply charge you the higher amount.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card details. Your order is not dispatched until payment has cleared. If a payment is reversed or charged back after dispatch, we may recover the goods or the amount owed.

5. Availability

Items are subject to availability. Stock levels shown on the site are our best information, but an item can sell out between you adding it to your bag and paying. If that happens we will email you and refund that item in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery costs, times and the possibility of import charges are set out on our Shipping and delivery page, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns, cancellation and refunds

8. Product descriptions and images

We describe each item’s fibres, hardware finish and care instructions on its product page. Metal components are described by their finish — for example “silver-tone” — which describes appearance, not composition. Colours can look different from screen to screen, and there may be small variations between individual items because of how they are cut and sewn.

9. Promotions

Where we reduce a price, the reduction and its end date are shown on the product page and in the bag. Unless a promotion says otherwise:

• it applies only while stock lasts;
• it cannot be combined with another offer;
• it has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash;
• it does not apply retrospectively to orders already placed;
• we may end it early, but never after you have paid.

Any additional condition attached to a specific promotion is stated with that promotion at the point you see it.

10. Acceptable use

You may browse and buy from this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell our product photography or text, scrape the site, attempt to breach its security, or use it to place fraudulent orders. Our Acceptable use policy sets this out in full.

11. Intellectual property

The AIIFORGE name, the site design, the product photography and the product text belong to us. The patterns used on our garments are original to this range. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

12. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, nor for business losses, since this shop sells to consumers for personal use.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

13. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier failures, customs delays, extreme weather or industrial action. If such an event materially delays your order we will contact you, and you may cancel and receive a full refund for anything not yet dispatched.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published on this page at the moment you place it, so the terms of a completed order never change afterwards. If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and note the change on the home page for 30 days.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country you live in.

16. Complaints

Email support@aiiforge.shop with your order number. We reply within one working day and aim to resolve complaints within 5 working days.
